French Montana oskarżony o napaść seksualną!

Raper został oskarżony o naruszenie nietykalności cielesnej.

Pod koniec marca zagraniczne media obiegła informacja, że raper French Montana został zaskarżony wraz ze swoim pracownikiem, przez ukrywającą się pod pseudonimem – Jane Doe. Panowie zostali zaskarżeni o napaść i naruszenie nietykalności cielesnej, molestowanie, celowy i zamierzony ból emocjonalny. Cała sytuacja miała mieć miejsce w marcu 2018 roku.

Jak donosił, jako pierwszy The Blast, kobieta pozwała rapera, jego pracownika oraz wytwórnię Dope Coke Records, za gwałt i przemoc wymierzoną w jej kierunku. Kobieta wniosła pozew do sądu, wraz ze zgromadzoną dokumentacją prawną.

She informed the court the rapper and his company have been properly served with the lawsuit.⁣ ⁣ As The Blast first reported, Jane Doe is suing French (real name: Karim Kharbouch), his employee *Mansour Bennouna and Coke Boy Records. She accuses French and his employee of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence.⁣ ⁣ Doe says on March 28,2018, French’s employee “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed, and raped” her.
